Rachel LaFollette, a six-time award-winning customer retention specialist and former Chief Customer Officer, needed a digital home credible enough for corporate consulting clients yet approachable enough for overwhelmed frontline teams.

Structured the site around her three core offerings — de-escalation training, organizational consulting, and keynote speaking — so different visitors could find their entry point fast.

A custom Shopify-built site with a distinct brand identity that lets Rachel's real-world authority carry the credibility, not just her title.
Key considerations
The design work was largely translation: taking two decades of corporate customer-experience leadership and giving it the warmth of a solo consultancy. Hierarchy carries most of the weight — one clear promise per screen, offerings separated so a VP and a frontline supervisor never have to read past each other, and proof placed where hesitation happens. Awards, testimonials, and Rachel's own story sit close to every decision point, so trust is built by evidence rather than by claim.

Brand Mark details
Two weights of voice in one mark: a bold outlined display face for “The Angry Client,” a relaxed blue script for “Whisperer.” The wordmark comes in a horizontal lockup for headers and signatures and a stacked lockup for square spaces, tested on white, navy, and light gray so it holds up wherever Rachel needs it.
